Long Range Multimode Continuity Tester
TS-FBL-PSF22
The PSF22 LAN Continuity Tester is perfect for checking spooled
fiber, patch cords and point-to-point troubleshooting of cable failures.
The PSF22 is designed for multimode short distance applications up to
2000 meters. A non-harmful white light is visible on the other end if
link is not damaged.
A powerful krypton light source provides a pre-focused beam for hours of
intermittent use. In short distance networks, this tool shows more
reliable than lasers for determining the continuity of a cable during
inspection.
Features:
> Lightweight pen style design makes it easy to carry or keep in
a tool case
> A powerful pre-focused krypton bulb allows visibility in multimode
cable up to 2000 meters
> Cuts down inspection time by quickly locating cable faults without use
of OTDR equipment
Applications:
Inspection of multimode fiber links:
> Point-to-point LAN network inspection
> Cable reel and patch cord inspection
> Installation walk-down continuity verification
