Caution ! 1. Static load rating with casters: 2000 lb. 2. When moving the cabinet never push on the sides. 3. It is recommended to unload cabinet before moving it. 4. Prior to loading be sure to level cabinet by adjusting and locking the leveling feet. Casters are not recommended for stabilizing the cabinet. Notes: 1. IMPORTANT: To get cabinet to a 2000 lb load rating on casters use part number 13205-001 (T-Cab Caster Kit). 2. If the unit cannot accommodate the Caster Kit, this may be because the cabinet was manufactured prior to this upgrade. Procedure: 1. Installation is easiest when frame is laying on its side. 2. Remove the four (4) leveling feet from each corner by loosening jam nuts and set aside. 3. Thread in the four (4) 1/2-13 x 1-1/4 cap screw on each corner from the inside of the cabinet, see Detail below, until bolt head bottoms out on weld nut. 4. Assemble each gusset and spacer with 5/16-18 x 1 cap screws and 5/16 nuts to each corner. Utilize the installed four bolts from step 3 to support gusset. 5. Assemble four (4)1/2-13 coupler and 1/2 flat washer into four bolts from step 3. 6. Install each caster with four (4) 5/16-18 x 1 cap screws and 5/16 nuts. 7. Re-install the leveler feet and jam nuts from step 2 into the couplers from step 5. 8. Always install all parts as shown, including leveler feet and jam nuts, for proper stability. |
